The one thing I didn't like is that all I needed this time around was a balance and rotation of my tires ( I bought them thru Walmart and had them installed at Walmart Service Center also. There was no choice online for this service. The visit was uneventful and quick.

Employees were kind, environment was pleasant but service needs help. Requested motor oil change, after car taken, 40 minutes later was told found that the oil plug was seized and rounded, manager requested they use an evacuator. I was at Walmart for 2.5 hours for an oil change.

Carfax refuse to accept the milage as actual, it is!<39000 miles. I am 83 and retired. I have no job and am alone. I don't drive much, or far. You prefer "your estimated" milage rather than actual. Walmart did their job quickly, efficiently, and accurately, unlike you. I give Carfax 1 star.
