They did not honor their warranty on the EverStart battery. I had to purchase a new battery though I was within the warranty period. I was also left waiting 2 hours for a battery change.

They sold me the cheapest oil change, then turned around and made me pay for the most expensive one. That's really bad business. I don't even know if the oil change was good or not, but I hope so...

The experience was good. But I didn't get the tires that I wanted. I asked for Goodyear Assurance ant the put Goodyear Alliance on my car without informing me. Was told but store manager they don't sell Assurance. I should have made the choice if I wanted Reliant instead of the Assurance tires

When I pulled in there were no cars for oil change and I was told it shouldn't take long. I returned after 30 mins and found it hadn't been moved. After reviewing my receipt I noticed it stated I had declined services that weren't offered to me. Well I saved $$ and so I got what I paid for nothing more nothing less.

The service provided by customer service representative was exceptional, however the wait time was ridiculous. I waited almost three hours to have one tire replaced. The tire was under warranty and I was not informed at time of purchasing the tires that I would have to purchase a new warranty if the tire has to be replaced.
