My service guy was so great! I told my story about check engine light after I'd forgotten to put gas cap back on securely .. then he suggested I get a battery reading..he determined I needed a new battery.. in 15 minutes car was ready and I feel lucky he found a solution-under warranty! Should be good for 2 years!

had a appointment at 5:00 was there at 4:45 to only get my flat tire changed. my front drivers side tire. was waiting and it was now 7:00 and my car was still not in the stall to change one dang tire. at 7:15 they were done. why make a appointment if it still would take 2 hours for a tire.

I didn't like it, the service was terrible, workers are not polite.Only reason I was there it was due to warranty work. 20 to 30 minutes of scheduled apppintment service turned into 1 1/2 hours waiting time. I will not get any type of vehicle service at Walmart. Worst service ever.

My appointment was for 10:30 oil change & 11:00 tire installation. I arrived at 10:20, was checked in at 10:35. My car was not serviced for oil change until 12:30. Then sent for tire installation. Wasn't completed until 1:45. Way too long!!! When the oil change was done, the customer service gentleman asked if I still wanted to complete the tire installation! Really!

Very friendly, fast and convenient. Everyone was so nice and my car was done in less than 30 minutes. I'll be back when I need another oil change.

The service attendant was new and should have be shadowed by an experienced attendant for check in. The Mechanic was Great! If the check in experience was how it should have been, you would have received a 5 star rating.

They changed how to drop off the vehicle, instead of going in the cashier, drive over to lbay 1 or 2 and sit there. Other wise they were timely in finishing up.

As long as you have an appointment like I did you can be in & out in no time. The staff are all friendly & professional. My mechanic explained everything to me as well. The prices are great compared to other shops.

I like the fact that they have some great mechanics that are female and I didn't like the fact that you always have to wait to have the door open which I'm not complaining because it's for everyone's safety

i was important the team that was there, they made sure that they were putting in the right battery and they didn't even take an hour to do it. Briana was very helpful and she was done before i knew it. very quick, very easy.

My car is driving a lot better but I had an appointment for 8am and didn't get out of there til 10:30am. I had my kids with me and it was difficult to keep them busy. That is why is scheduled my appointment for first thing in the morning.

The tire guy was very helpful. The tires I ordered didn't come in, even though I got an email saying they did. The associate found comparable tires in stock and installed them.

Went in for a oil change that was scheduled and it too 2 and a half hour to complete. They have a very uncomfortable steel bench that only sits three people in the waiting area which really isn't a waiting area but where they stack tires. Iwas email a reminder to rotate my tires but the Tech said I'd have to wait a while longer so I decided no to do it as I was there almost 3 hours already. Terrible experience.

I'd give 5 stars if they'd fix their air conditioner. Was too miserable to wait around, so I went somewhere else to wait. Other than that, great price for full synthetic oil change ($68 after taxes/fees). Appointment is easy to book on the app. If you don't book, you'll be there for hours, DMV style!

Have used Walmart Auto Care for service on my car for many years. I have talked to the guys who do the work and they are always very professional. Staff at the register are always polite and efficient. I use the same Walmart for servicing on my car so can't speak for others.

They didn't offer any extras like warranty on tires. Also it was after an hour past appointment time before my car was taken back to be serviced. Should have a soda or snack machine in the area so those that have young children do not have to take them through the store. Make the wait a little more convenient for the customers. Should never take almost 3 hours to take off 4 tires and put 4 new tires on.

TWO TIRES INSTALLED. WENT WELL. SOME MIX UP INITIALLY BETWEEN ONLINE SCHEDULING SO I HAD TO CALL STORE TO HAVE APPOINTMENT ENTERED MANUALLY BY ASSISTANT, BUT AFTERWARDS THINGS WENT WELL. WALMART PLUS USES PHONE APP TO GIVE HAZARD PACKAGE DISCOUNT BUT MY FLIP PHONE DIDN'T HAVE. STORE ASSISTANT DID MANUAL DISCOUNT WHEN I SHOWED PRINT OUT OF MY MEMBERSHIP, SO ALL GOOD.
