Went in for a oil change that was scheduled and it too 2 and a half hour to complete. They have a very uncomfortable steel bench that only sits three people in the waiting area which really isn't a waiting area but where they stack tires. Iwas email a reminder to rotate my tires but the Tech said I'd have to wait a while longer so I decided no to do it as I was there almost 3 hours already. Terrible experience.

I'd give 5 stars if they'd fix their air conditioner. Was too miserable to wait around, so I went somewhere else to wait. Other than that, great price for full synthetic oil change ($68 after taxes/fees). Appointment is easy to book on the app. If you don't book, you'll be there for hours, DMV style!

Have used Walmart Auto Care for service on my car for many years. I have talked to the guys who do the work and they are always very professional. Staff at the register are always polite and efficient. I use the same Walmart for servicing on my car so can't speak for others.

The mechanic checked my old battery before installing a new battery, to be sure it was a battery issue. Very kind and thoughtful man. I wish I remembered his name. Would let him work on my car anytime.

They put on a new tire but out of all that, my car code to chk pressure n all tires came on. I don't understand how that's not included to equal tire pressure n all tires.

I like the fact that they were all eager to help and they were honest about what was going on and they were all in very pleasant mood and they have one young lady she rocks she's the mechanic of all mechanics in my opinion LOL

They were diligent, drove car for a couple of donuts and torqued down them lugs as protocol. Much better than service at Walmart car centers in CA in general.

I live those guys. They do what they can to get you in , n out. I just get checked in. Appt or not. And then come back later to not sweat them. And the sustem lets me know when they start. And when they are done.

Terrible. Oil level was over the full mark. Oil shoe marks on my fabric floor mat & Oil drips from the drain plug. Won't be going back there again.
