Service was good, but very under staffed.
I had my appointment canceled at the last minute. There was no offer to reschedule until a few days later. Finally made a 7 am appointment, the first one there, but he couldn't open until the manager or boss came. I would recommend if they had adequate staff and service, however they did not.

I scheduled an appointment for 12:30p and was at the bay waiting, at 12:17p I informed an associate inside the automotive Customer Service that I was waiting and had an appointment. He stated someone will be with me shortly. I ended up waiting for over 2 hours to have my oil changed!

Them for the past two years but my first appointment got there had to cancel cause there was one worker by his self it was sad and I just think they need to hire more people are cut the hours down so people won't be over worked and we can keep our appointments

Service was very good today. My full synthetic oil change was done along with the rotation of my ties all within a good time frame from the time I arrived.
If I had a tire rotation on this date, I don't understand how a tire rotation on my vehicle is now overdue?

Not good service. Technicians are not professional. They were not able to remove one log nuts from my car tire. They recorded false data for tire pressure. Camry XLE tire has maximum 29 PSI, but they put 37 PSI in report.

First time in awhile where the service was excellent. I got a full synthetic oil change, fluids tapped off and air in the tires. Everything was done to my liking and waited no more than 25 minutes (I was very pleased) and the workers were very polite.

I went for a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation. The oil change was done with no prob. The tire rotation was done, but the air put in my tires were all over the place. All my tires had different air (35, 36, 40 and 47) and this was not the first time with the different air in my tires..........smh.
Terrible job on my tires that I had purchased there, but oil change was fine. I would recommend the oil changes, but not the tire service.
