I knew I needed a battery. My favorite auto parts store suggested WalMart after they realized they couldn't install a new battery. I was apprehensive but the technician looked and said they could do it. Done and gone in approximately 30 minutes.

The operator scheduling the service accidently clicked the wrong tire side, (driver side instead of passenger) and the tech realized nothing was wrong with that tire and came back to verify. The person that entered the info realized what he had did and corrected it by telling him the correct tire to replace. Once the correct tire was being replaced I was out of there in no time at all.

Appointment was at 9:00 and the service door was still locked.
Couldn't find all 4 of my tires. Finally did.
Registered my install under another customer's name.
Offered zero explanation as to what benefits the premium install offered.
The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is due to the time: all 4 installed in 35 minutes.

I'm so disappointed, the 2 front tires that I purchased are not balanced. I'm driving and the Rpm is racing then it seems as thought it get smooth as I'm driving and then it's bumpy and wobbles. Now I have to take care back in. You can tell the workers don't care in the bays. He would not make eye contact with me. Now I'm scared to drive it. I need to contact the store manager or district manager.
