I wouldnt give any stars but i had to after having the oil changed in kimball tennessee at walmart i had to take my car to a shop and have them fix the splash shield underneath where theyledt it hanging down and some of the clips had been ripped off never again will i take my car to another walmart for servuce other than my tires and only because they have the lifetime rotation and balance.

I had bought 4 new tpms sensors online and asked them to change them, one of the sensors wasn't reading and they found me in the store and asked me what I wanted to do and I bought one they carry at the store and they broke the tire back down and replaced the bad sensor got the light off in the dash. Tires was balanced correctly and rides good.

It took almost 3 hours to change 4 tires and he broke a tpms sensor in the process.Took it back the next day and they did make up the tpms sensor.

Wait was 3 hours long. Only one person working. I also had a second vehicle there. It was closing time and they changed the oil and filter in 10 minutes.

They didn't explain that the tire rotation wasn't included, no one was very helpful or friendly, and they scraped part of my actual window replacing the sticker with the oil change date on it. That looks awful and I'm terribly disappointed. I'll never go back.

The associates were vwe pulled in tget some new tires at first they said that they didnt have our size but they had some that was just 1/4 in wider and could have them on in about an hour but then they checked and seen that their wasnt anyone in the tire bay so they pulled us right on in and had it done in about 30 minsery helpful

We got home about 40 miles away and had checked the oil sticker and receipt they both say the oil that was put in was 5/30 it clearly states in the oil cap of this truck it takes 0-20 synthetic oil we called and got a manager t by at told us they are to busy today that we will h se to wait
