the put the oil filter on wrong and my car was leaking oil, went back and asked them to check my oul filter and the oil tech said it wasnt the oil filter, to make a long story short it was the oil filter and they had to replace it

I like that I can make the appointment online and that the oil change was completed in thirty minutes. I did not like that there were things marked good on the work order that I received, that I know were not good on my car. It seems to me that an oil change was all the business they were wanting to provide.

Took car for tires, purchased 2 tires...they told me when they went to put them om that one of the lugnuts was stripped and I would have to take the car elsewhere.....took it to a tire place was charged $100 to put tires on but the lugnut came right off it was not stripped

As expected. Although when I purchased 2 new tires a 10 months ago, I purchased the roadhazard and it was never notated. As a result, I had to pay for another new tire. Coincidentally, a lady ahead of me was speaking to a manager about the exact problem, she thought she had roadhazard, but it was never notated on her paperwork..

Instead of putting the battery that I bought (on line) they put one off the shelf. Sent me a text saying my car was ready. When I came to the counter they found the mistake and spent another half hr. swapping the first one out and the correct one in...my food thawed while waiting and several items had to be replaced...total time was 2 hrs

I purchased a battery about 7 a.m. & didn't know Auto didn't work on brakes. I left & had the additional work done. I was advised the battery wasn't putting out the correct amps. I went back to Walmart & waited over an additional hour. I won't be going back

Do not use this location. 1st they cakes and said car was ready only to get home and find out they never changed the tire then took the car back up there and they put the wrong size tire on and had to be replaced yet again. Horrible location. Bad customer service

I went there for an oil changed with a tire rotation. The techs couldnt open my hood to do the oil change. Ive been to this Walmart numerous of times to get an oil change. But not today cause the hood wouldnt open. Went across the street to Take 5 and boom they open my hood with no problem. The older white hit in Walmart have a lot of mouth and doesnt say much. Lacking common courtesy and customer service.
