This was the worst service that I have ever had.thw manager acting like she couldn't absolve the oil cost into the store to use the oil that I needed specifically for my car. But no they charged me for the oil change and then I paid separately for the oil.

They found our tires and installed them....four hours later my wife was able to leave the store. This should not have happened when we had a reservation and they canceled it but then told us to come in and they would get the tires installed. My wife was not happy she had to spend way tooooo much time dealing with this. They usually know what they are doing.

Worst service ever at Walmart on Lem Turner. Left oil spilled all over other components near engine and overfilled oil causing truck to run sluggish. Never again and the lack of professionalism and attitude when I called to complain was ridiculous!

When I got home, there was a strong burning odor. When I opened the hood, I saw oil all over the engine and in the splash pan under the car. I took it back and the excuse I got was they might have spilled oil when refilling it. They wipe as much as they could off the engine, but its still smoking as it continue to burn the rest off. Seems like a fire hazard to me.

One of the guys were rude yelling at me because I parked in the wrong service lane, I had to tell him about his customer service while speaking to customers. But I didn't want him putting in my battery I did allow the manager to put it in. Due to his positive energy towards me. The service was ok tho. Thanks
