The staff was friendly, but when I got there they were not busy at all, but it took an hour for them to pull me in and another hour and a half to completely finish an oil change, rotation and balance. 2 1/2 hours is longer than I have ever waited.

I didn't like that they got oil on my fenders , my truck was clean when I took it there for a oil change, I wasn't sure if it was oil or brake fluid but I got it washed off , I'll just go back to changing my oil myself

When Walmart put on my new tires, they over tightened one of the wheel lugs. It caused my car to ride horribly. The tire rotation was good. I asked them not to over tighten the wheel lugs.

They do good with oil change and rotate my tires, but my tire light always comes on after an oil change. because they don't ck the air or they put more in than what's supposed to be. So another trip back to Walmart to get my tires right, but they do good other than that
