If I could give zero stars, I would.
I SPECIFICALLY asked for the $48.88 oil/filter change using full synthetic Quaker State oil. What I got was the $58.88 oil/filter using Castrol.
They would not even credit me the extra $10, instead giving me a series of excuses that all sounded a lot like "oops, too bad". So I was forced to pay the extra costs.
Walmart should be ashamed and embarrassed to use this bail and switch tactic.

The service was good. I was done in less than an hour. I purchased my tire online at Walmart.com because they didn't have my tire size in store. They honored the discount as if I had brought it out of the store.

customer service is very poor Atlanta over the Apt. was very rude walking away when I'm trying to explain what's going on with my tires I was trying to give me every excuse not to check my tires. I will never go back there.

I'm happy with the new tires, the balancing, and the installation. I bought the tires from Walmart.com and scheduled my installation online for 8am. The appointment went smoothly. I was in and out in 40 minutes. I'm very happy with the service.

Dependable service. Didn't had filter in stock but had the oil change taken care of within 2-3 days. I was okay with the wait as Walmart itself didn't had the filter size in stock or probably didn't had a particular type they use in stock.

They no longer take your service order inside. You have to pull your car into line, and wait until someone comes to get you checked in. That works OK if you're just getting a quick oil change, but I was getting a battery installed, and was leaving the car to pick up later.
The service was courteous and done well.

All good specially pricing but I should get to informers on the type of oil and oil filter been installed on the car , the agents normally do not unless you ask but this was the same concern when you go to dealer, they do not disclose enough information to their customers beside this dealers does not focus on customer relations so they need to be oriented for customer eccentricity ....
