Upon getting inside my car after the service was finished, there were oil stains on my door, center console & steering wheel. I took my car in at 69k miles. The sticker for the next oil change says 72,919. That's not 5K miles. This is my second bad experience at a Walmart & will be my last.

The people did good job though I had to wait a little longer than expected. Service is good and no complaints. The tires I bought are making it comfortable to ride and no noise coming off and it's surprising for the price I paid for them. You won't feel like you are riding in four wheels.

Since I bought my car I had never had my oil change anywhere else, but this time I did it at Walmart and honestly it was VIP as they met the standards of the best dealerships with the exception of a price below 60%, which contributes to savings for many people.

Its a shame when you asked for a particular oil change, and then the service tech want to try to sale you something else. When you tell them no than you, they get upset and do a poor job with an oil change. I have been getting oil changes on my two vehicles from Walmart for 2 years. Havent had any problems until now. I think it was just that tech.

Staff was friendly. The lady at the register made a mistake at sticking the barcode of my vehicle to other vehicle documents but later on she took it off after I told her those are not my documents as the car is different. She fixed it right away. The staff was friendly. I will come here again for Oil Change.
