I would LIKE TO highly compliment the young spanish lady that was working the register, she was so attentive and was so willing to help us, I believe her name was Ms Reyes, you hardly get employees so nice and willing to help when you first walk in as she did!! We were very impressed and i complimented her!

I arrived 30 min early (from past experience) so they would take me on time. Service was as expected, reasonable prices. Only drawback are persons supposed to be at the service desk. Often they were unavailable (no where to be seen) and several persons other than myself attempted to check out or check status. Other than that service was acceptable. Nothing spectacular just acceptable

I would have given them a 5 star but the put the mileage wrong. It was 99700 instead of 97900. Also, they ran out of the oil they usually use so they needed to get oil from the shelf inside and I saw the technician grabbing the cheapest oil possible so I had to ask him to grab another preferred brand instead. Other than that I was in and out like in 30 minutes.

I drove into Walmart with a flat tire. Upon getting my vehicle to the maintenance area, I found it difficult to find anyone to help. When I did, it took almost an hour to repair the tire, said to have been punctured by a screw. The register area was very slow with some patrons' checkout taking 15-20 minutes. Very aggravating!

Although I had no issues at the time. I had an oil change again today. At another facility and they informed me the last oil Change I had the place stripped my oil pan and used lock tite to secure the plug. Now Ive got auto repairs due to Their negligence.
