The staff at the Walmart car center are knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. I love that I can make an appointment for an oil change, arrive on the appointment date, drop off my car with experienced technicians and do some shopping at the same time. A short time later, I completed my shopping and received a text that my car was ready for pickup. Easy Peasy.

I always appreciate the service technicians at the Walmart Auto Center. They are knowledgeable and forthcoming. I had a scheduled an oil change and I asked if they could rotate my tires as well. The technician used a device to measure the depth thread of the tires. The depth thread of the 2 front tires were just barely in the yellow zone, meaning that it wasn't dangerous, however, Walmart's safety policy wouldn't allow the 2 front tires to be rotated to the back. The technician said I could probably find another tire shop that would do it but I said that if Walmart policy states it wouldn't be safe, I was going along with that. I was never asked if I wanted to purchase tires or felt any pressure to do so. I did not purchase tires from them as I felt it was still safe to drive for awhile. I appreciated the honesty and respect the technician demonstrated.
