they took my tire/wheel right away and worked on it until they needed a manager to open a room to get a specific TPMS, then waited til only manager got back fr lunch-which was not a problem

I had a damaged tire replaced at Walmart, arrived 15 minutes ahead of time and they replaced the tire within an hour and checked the pressure in all other tires.

Great customer service. Walked in with a flat that couldnt be fixed. Got a good price on a replacement. They were busy and the wait was 2 hours but I was happy I could get everything taken care of same day.

Pretty decent first time experience. I scheduled online (as required) for Friday 8-9a time slot and was informed when I called back later that if I wasn't there at 8a I may have to wait. I arrived at 8:15a and they sent a text at about 8:30a to mark that they'd started. Approx. :45 later they were done. Salesperson was very amiable and humorous as we closed the deal. I drove home and after about an hour I checked the oil level. Perfecto level wise and no leaks. I supplied my own oil and filter and I was happy to see they (in honesty) returned the unused oil. Also, of the 40 pt check list they cover during each oil change, surprisely they missed a blown passenger side headlight. But, in all fairness, it's a little temperamental in that it seems come on when you drop the hood. So, all and all I'm pleased and they have my recommendation.
