I asked the clerk who checked me in for an inspection of the air filter. The paperwork I received back said "not requested".
The shop was not busy.
The vehicle was in and out quickly.
Maybe I should look at the dipstick to see what condition the oil!
I was distracted by hunger and left without checking!

Walmart canceled servicing the vehicle because they had issues with some of the lug nuts. I loosened the lug nuts and rescheduled service and they canceled servicing the vehicle again. I had to take the vehicle to another shop to have the tires replaced.

staff was genuinely pleasant and wanting to serve the best service. Educated me on options and allowed me to choose. I TRUST the desk staff. Observing the mechanics, I learned how thorough they were in every chore. I was with a different tire care business for 35 years....and I have shifted to WALMART and the trusted mechanics.

Making an appointment is the way to go in and out. Oil change appt and added tire rotation, cabin and engine filter changed, battery tested, and wipers replaced all in one hour!

I like that Wal-mart allows you to make appointments now. They got my car in before my appointment time and it was finished before I completed my shopping! The price is great for full synthetic oil change.

They didn't ask before hand what type of oil change I needed. On the site for booking the appt it stated 26 for the oil change but then they charged me $36. Guess one was Pit and other was regular.

TPMS system showed pass front tire low but I suspected it was pass rear. I told them to check them all. They pulled pass front and put in a plug although it wasn't losing air. Next morn pass rear was at 25 psi so I went back and they plugged that one too and charged me again. I asked for TPMS reset but they didn't do it so I believe it is not reading correct pressure in shown tires.

Started work on time, text to me stating that. Texted me when ready for pickup.
Changed oil, filter, vacuumed, washed, waxed, cleaned engine, trunk, used fantastic perfume for new interior smell, tuned radio, checked all fuses and lights, adjusted seats for perfect comfort and polished the tires. Could not ask for better service.

well they took their time.when I tried to leave the shop to get my car I had a cart me full of merchandise.I am disabled,cane in cart,the door closed on me and caught my arm against the cart.it ripped a large piece of skin off my arm.not one person working there offered to help me.just not impressed.my arm did not stop bleeding until the next day.my arm looks like raw hamburger.

They worked very hard to loosen things in order to do an oil change. The agency had tightened things too much and it was very hard for them but they did it, including taking a new tool off the shelves at Wallmart to facilitate the job. Highly recommend!

My battery died while out shopping. A friendly driver nearby helped jumpstart my car allowing me to drive to Walmart. No waiting in line approximately 5:30 pm. Very efficient process due to the profit cycle and professionalism of the service advisor and the technician. Excellent work. Thank you!
