Oil was leaking from the vehicle onto the driveway when my wife got home from the oil change. She brought the car back and was assured the oil level was ok and the plug was loose and the technician tightened it. Don't know what went wrong the guys usually do a better job.

Use this WalMart auto shop to do regular oil changes & other vehicle maintenance. This particular day, the wait was over 2 hours & staffing was minimal, at best. Only 1 person was able to handle customers as they arrived. VERY disorganized. Over all the years I've used this WalMart center, I've been able to get my car dropped off & service(s) completed in < 1.5 hrs - even when there's a huge customer backlog. Staffing was the main issue today. Store management should pay attention to this area, as this is a frequently used service center with a significant customer load. You can do better, WalMart. I will still recommend this shop; however, keeping this center staffed adequately to match customer load should be a priority. If not, you will lose repeat customers like me.

Service was good until I get inside my Car and notice they smeared motor oil on my Arm rest and door panel . Manager said they suppose to wash they hands every time they enter a vehicle , I guess they forgot to do it with mines .
