For some reason most shops (even places that are strictly tire dealerships) cannot seem to get the balance right on my chrome Cadillac rims, inevitably causing a vibration between 60 and 70 mph. But the oil change guy not good
He complete the oil within 30 mts
He left the car outside for 1hour than he bring the car back for rotation the tires.my appointment is 830am.
It should be everything finished in 45 mts.i waiting for 1hour 45mts.

Terrible experience.Bad customer management. I bought four tires. and I paid extra to lifetime balance and rotation. They forgot the save my information their system. All rotation time they said me that" you dont have any information with us" and I described many time ,showed my receipt. they just did tire rotation. So dont go never ever there.

I made an appointment and came early. They checked me and pulled the car into the garage and they were waiting until my appointment time. I didn't see any car car inside except mine. So I had to wait 3 hours till they change my four tires. The most horrible experience I have never had.

What's the point of making an appointment, if is not going to be honor? Then i had my front brakes changed just to realized that they broke the bolt again! Second time they have done it. I'm going to have to go back out of my busy days for them to replace it. The wall is full of all the certified mechanics, just to have my bolts broke. They need to be retrain.

November 9/2023 4:48 pm completed oil change service and I drive to my home and park I saw oil Leak at my parking Lot next day I call Walmart Auto care center and came in my home two technician properly tied the oil filter and stop Leak Thank you came to fix the issue.
