The guy that waited on me the first time said he thinks they was out of my oil filter so I went to parts store to get it brought it back and someone else waited on me and said the guy should of looked cause they had 2 in stock

The service team was so fast and efficient! We had hit some debris on a rural highway in the dark, destroying a tire. We were blessed to meet a tow truck driver who called ahead to Walmart. They had a replacement tire ready when tgg it e tow truck arrived and had it on the car and ready to drive on within 20 minutes!

I was the only one there for service but still had to wait over 2hrs to have tires that I brought in myself to be mounted and balanced. I watched the service team from the waiting room window only to see them standing around talking for the majority of my time spent there. Not pleased at all and wont go back for service unless absolutely necessary!

Had been having trouble with the battery draining.. I asked them to check the battery while getting an oil change. The gentleman said the battery was good but the battery cable was loose. I'm hoping this accounts for the battery problem. Regardless glad he noticed the loose cable
