The Walmart auto service center was fast, efficient and offered services at a reasonable cost. I was able to shop while getting an oil change and tire rotation. The only thing that could have made this experience better would have been an option to have my car washed

Above and beyond service. I had an appointment but when I got there the associate told me it was canceled. It wasn't me or them so it had to be the walmart app. They still honored my appointment time, which was a life saver. They did a great job. Thank you to the associates that work the auto service dept.

There are issues with the system. Also be sure to be noted that online (tires) orders & auto service are different departments, the shop wont able to start your tire installation until you have the online order department to release the tires that you ordered even if the shop having plenty of same tires in stock; the system wont allow direct material transfer. Other than the system issue, the auto service is pretty good.
