It took about 90 minutes to install a new battery in my Honda Civic at a reasonable price. The sales counter staff and shop foreman certainly were not coordinated. The counter staff told me to move my car to a specific bay yet when I pull up the shop foreman almost yells at me saying he doesn't care what they told me and I should go park in a parking space elsewhere. Ultimately, the work was completed satisfactorily.

I love the Walmart Service Center in Frederick. They are extremely busy but if you make an appointment they do whatever it takes to quickly service your vehicle. I trust them with my repairs.

There's no appointment setting for tire rotation. You have to call to set appointment. An updated sitting area would be nice

The young man in Auto Center waiting area seemed annoyed or bothered by me asking about new tires. He definitely was annoyed, therefore I asked him why? Another man helped me instead. I guess he didn't want to work service was the worse I've had in my 64 years.

Apointment scheduled for 5:00 ppm for oil change. We arrived at 4:00 pm. Intake rep said 4:00 appointment has 2 minutes left to fulfill their time period. We left store at 7:05 pm for a 20 minute oil change. Also fire risk as no employee at desk to allow people to escape area in case of emergency.

if i could give negative stars i would-RUN away this place is awful! nobody and i mean not 1 person knows what they are doing and certainly do not care. it is not worth the few dollars saved! you will spend hours on multiple days there! and who could/would trust a bunch of confused workers

At this particular Walmart, the one guy that wasnt even performing the service on my car, had to buzz me into the store several times and was just nothing but rude and impolite. Like I was sorry I was an inconvenience. The oil change and the guys who did it were excellent.
