The service was quick. I was initially just getting new tires installed after purchasing them online and having them sent to the store. With very few customers I was able to get an extremely quick oil change directly after receiving the keys the first time (after the tire installation). I was pleased with how fast everything was completed.

It took almost an hour and a half to install 2 tires. They were so slow moving they were almost going backwards and they refused to rotate my tires. Instead they tried to upsell me into another tire! Shameless!! I will never go to a Walmart anything ever again.

Service was good my car had an oil change they said it would take about 2 hours due to other cars ahead of me. Went in to shop within an hour my car was ready.
Thank you due to sometimes they take up to 3 hours not knowing why and without not telling me.

They took care of changing out my dead battery with a new one. If you ever have seen a 2020 Chevy Silverado battery, it's a pain to replace. Only complaint I had was the wait, but it was worth it cause they were willing to replace my battery. They could have said no, but helped me out. I would go there again for sure!

Nobody was friendly. Acted like I was more of a bother than a customer. Was told I could pay at any register with barcode sticker they gave me. Nope. I had to go all the way back to the car care center and then it didn't even work when they scanned it. Will probably try a different Walmart next time to see if was location or Walmart in general.

The service was ok! The check in associate let me know that the oil change would be longer than a hour! He said only to car maintenance guys showed up so they were short staffed! O was ok with that he was honest so I got the work done! I was ok with the service and appreciated the honesty! The time I waited I spent inside the store and bought a few things! The employees through out the store were very kind! The store was very clean and well stocked that was a first for me since the snow storm! The prices are going up on a lot of stuff so I kept my purchases to a minimum! Have to budget these days! I don't know what else to say I already wrote about my experience but the button to submit will not take my submission!
