The Auto Service Crew was able to fix a problem that not noticed after my first initial oil change service at another Walmart facility, but this one did great and honored the service provided by another facility, and didn't charge me for the service. Thank you so much.

This Walmart was faster than the Walmart on Rodgers Ave. Just for an oil change at Rodgers Ave Walmart will take you hours to get an oil change. But at Kelly hwy Walmart they were faster and more polite. Rodgers Ave Walmart makes you feel like your unwanted. Like they dred you coming their for an oil change. Seems like they don't want to wait on you,but Kelly hwy Walmart was a better experience and faster.

This time the experience was EXCELLENT!!! I know that the tire rotation and balancing was completed. And the time PRIOR to yesterday, I feel as though my service didn't get provided accurately. Yesterday's service was easy, quick, and I am very satisficed! Tremendous difference between yesterday and time before. Awesome job!!
