The first time I went to get my oil changed this time, they found me in the store and told me they ran out of oil. The day I made an appointment, they changed my oil and while I was standing in line to pay, they said that they had ran out of space to put the used oil.

Very poor service, vehicle sat in work by for over an hour before anyone worked
Notice that the paper work never reached the workers to install two new tires.
Then the wrong tires almost got installed on my vehicle. To make matters worse
I received no apology from anyone. I will not be going back there.

It took to long and I was the only car there at first and the technician put the wrong mileage in for my car. I usually don't complain but when 6ou are the only car and they take you at 8:11am and don't start on your car until 8:58am and people are walking around instead of working that's a problem.

They were friendly and helpful. I went to the Walmart on Irby Street in Florence SC and was told to go to the other since they was the one to install my battery. I was glad I was able to helped at the one on Beltline and I did let them know that the Walmart on Irby was not helpful.

I usually have a good experience at Wal-Mart. I wish they had more technicians but in today's world, it's understandable. I had to wait longer than usual but this location is in the process of remodeling so it gave me a chance to walk around to see the different changes. Also, I was happy with the cost of a full synthetic oil change. No complaints here.
