I had to add a 1/2 qt of oil that they left off. That's okay because from here on I'll know it's being done right because I I'll be doing it myself. That's what happens when technology like computer oil levels reading and human meets up you want really know what you're getting unless you do it yourself.

It took over 4 hours to complete an oil change and tire rotation/balance. As I was leaving the parking lot one of the balancing weights came off, so I had to go back in for them to replace it. I was 1block from my house (11 miles roughly) another weight fell off. This is totally unacceptable!

Had a 3:30 appointment for an oil change. Job was not finished until 5:00. I don't enjoy sitting around Walmart for an hour and a half. Not worth the thirty I saved over the quick lube places. Will not be going back.

They overfill my tires every time and they didn't even bother to verify my odometer number was correct so they printed the wrong info on my invoice.

The service was timely. I was disappointed that the mechanic did not put my spare tire back in the compartment he found it in. Things were extremely cluttered and the service writer told me his boss told me he was not allowed to put the spare back where it belongs.

Work was performed quick considering the journeys battery location, everything looks neat and clean as well. Matt A. performed the work and did a great job, and even came out and let me know im all set and brought the old battery back out to me to show me what was wrong with it. He answered all my questions I had, I had a good experience. He also checked my tire pressure and all was good

I went for an oil change. When I got into car 1st thing I noticed was my radio wasn't even on my reg station. I made a stop at the can redeption center and when I tried to open my trunk w/ the release lever I couldn't even get my finger and lever to open it. They must have stepped on or something because both the trunk and the gas release buttons were flatten out into the carpet. Couldn't return my bottles or get gas. had to come home and get a screwdriver to bend both up to get my fingers under to release. Most ;ilely not togo back there again for service work. Sorry

It was awful! Took car in for an oil change. Requested tire rotation and top off all fluids. There was going to be an additional 4 hour wait time for tires to be done. My tires were bought through Walmart and I purchased the Road Hazard package. None of my fluids were even checked. I even offered my fluids just inside my trunk. Apparently , they only fill up windshield washer fluid. I checked them prior to appointment and none the needed to be filled. Tech never replaced Next Oil Change sticker. Another gentleman brought it out and put it in the left middle of windshield and never took old one off. Tech never reset Maintenance for oil and filter and now it is on because I am over 3,000 miles.
