I had my oil changed and upon getting in my vehicle I noticed a strong smell. As I drove the smell got really strong and upon parking my vehicle I noticed smoke coming out from under my hood, and smoke coming through my ac vent. A strong oil smell persisted in my vehicle for hours. I had to air it out to get rid of the smell. Apparently upon changing the oil, oil was spilled somewhere under the hood.

I have a roadside Warrenty program for my GoodYear tires purchased through Walmart. I a what looked to be a roofing nail penetrate the edge of the sidewall of my drivers side back tire. They replaced the tire and prorated it from when I bought it in February 2024. It certainly saved quite a bit of money for a new tire. I was treated fairly and in a timely manner.
