2.5 hours to fix a flat. same m.o. at other tire sellers. attendant was distant, was saying 'they may fix the tire' which I responded ' you NEED to fix the tire. it has a nail/screw in middle of thread and if NOT repairable please replace tire (have warranty).' (a little bit of positiveness goes a long way). One learns to go past individual employees.

When I arrived @ 07:15 the door was locked and Corina ignored my knock then yelled at from 25 feet away that they were closed.
Your website and a sign next to the door states WM opens @ 07:00.
There are too many oil change shops for me to tolerate indifference w/rudeness.
I'll get my oil change elsewhere.

First went to Walmart on Woodrow Bean but they didn't have all four tires that I needed so I had to go to the Dyer location which I guess was well worth it because they were nice and friendly, they had all four tires, and my car was ready sooner than the time originally quoted

It was fast. My only issue was that the employee when describing me the option I needed to get for my car mentioned that oil change came with a check of other fluids and topping them off. I realized the receipt I got said I declined that service. That incredibly annoying because I was told it was part of the service

Overall great service towards vehicle was good. Upset that vehicle tires have to be ordered since its an uncommon size and wait a week. But the most frustrating part that they didnt put the spare under the vehicle and instead it was left in the back of the vehicle. Now I have to do it at some point.

Service was good overall but when you read the results of the service, they said I declined things like checking some fluids (which is understandable because its a newer car) and more surprisingly, declined to get my interior vacuumed . I most definitely did not declined anything and it is really misleading to take the car for service and make it seem like you voluntarily decided this.

Happy to have the light off and new oil, but they really do the absolute bare minimum here. They skip over the small things, but still check them off on the service report. Like putting air in the tires. When the price of service includes the checks listed, customers do actually expect to get what they pay for.
