The work done was good, but the wait time really beyond slow. I made an appointment the day before, and they took me in on time. This was an oil change and tire rotation. Most of the time, I was the only car in the service area. The woman ahead of me waited 3 hours. I waited 2. Now if there is a good reason, it was never explained. If service people were working elsewhere, I could be more forgiving.

Tony was amazing in explaining everything there was to know about the tires and the process. He worked extremely diligently to get my truck done before close. He has been with Walmart for many years and transferred to the Edgewood, NM store and deserves a bigger role. Thank you Tony. Thank you Walmart.

Had a blowout and am certainly glad I carry the road-hazard coverage. They prorated my tire and adjusted the price of my replacement. Very helpful young man at the counter as was the lady manager.

Went in side to the service desk , I was impressed by the service writer and how she got me all checked in . The service tech came out a double checked on the right type of battery my ford escape required . Did some other shopping in the store and in about 1/2 hours my vehicle was ready to go!
