It should never take 3 hours to have 4 tires replaced. My appointment was scheduled for 12pm. I didn't leave until after 3pm. Several of the service techs voiced their frustration with profanity about other techs not working and not having a lunch break with cars backed up on the service bay.

Never put it back together all oil leaked out had to stop turn engine and wait to next day to be towed back to Walmart. Said the person did the work is not good but they won't let him fire the person. Terrible experience and cost me m lots of money lost. The oil all came out and stooped before engine froze up! Terrible experience!

Ordered 4 tires, service was canceled on date of install because they said one of the tires wasn't delivered. It took almost 2 weeks for them to check and see that it was delivered, and someone just scanned it wrong. I spent many hours over the course of those 2 weeks to try and get someone on the phone without hanging up on me.

Last time the oil filter cover is not tight. Please make sure to close it all the way and make sure it's not loose. we ended up buying a new one cause it felled.

Day after Labor Day holiday, normal hours begin at 7 am. There was a note saying they would be opening late (9 am). I was first in line but they were very slow to get their ducks in a row and I didnt get the service manager to begin the process of getting my key etc until 9:20 am. Service was great, just slow at getting started.

I bought a 5 qt jug and asked them to use it. When I asked to take the leftover home I picked up the 5 qt jug and it was empty. I asked the guy and he said he use 4.7 qts. Well owners manual says 4.3 qts. Also why was it empty? After checking it I found that indeed it was overfilled.

They cancelled my first appointment because they didnt have anyone to work. Couldn't find my tires when I got there for the second appointment. Then didnt replace the valve stems on the new tires even though it was part of the package. But the price was pretty good.
