We drove in and didn't have to wait at all. They took our flat tire right away, repaired it, switched it out with the spare, and we were on our way in 45 minutes. I always buy the road hazard fee when I buy tires at Walmart. The mechanics were very helpful and professional.

I got extremely bad experience with check in front desk agent he caused a delay in my service mor than 3 hours claiming my appointment had been canceled with provocative answers he also added a warranty to my bill that I didn't request and refused to remove it until I asked for management intervention I don't recommend doing business with those who mistreat customers.

I made an appointment for my Hyundai Elantra for an oil change and tire rotation. They didn't have a oil filter and canceled the oil chance. Charged me $20 for the tire rotation. Most places do it for free I went to a Hyundai dealer and got the oil change.

I had an appointment to install four new tires. They did a good job but the technician left for his lunch in the middle of installing the tires and didn't let anyone know. What should of taken an hour took almost three hours while I waited there.

I had a battery replaced and they had to access it from the wheel well. The work performance was great (I watched them do the job from beginning to end). However, I think they needed more mechanics on the job because it took them 2.5 hours to complete the job on my vehicle. It took this long because they had constantly be going from one vehicle to another.
