They fixed one tire issue I was having and was supposed to fix my rear tire pressure and didn't they just tried resetting it and i was charged for something that didn't work but I still recommend cause they do good work when they do the right work lol

I like the price for an oil change for a truck and full synthetic. I also have lifetime rotate and balance which is a good deal. I just wish they could get it done a little faster.3 plus hrs in my opinion is a longtime to wait but overall it works if it was a bit faster getting it in and out it would definitely be five stars +

My service advice who did my paperwork took my car was excellent. The rest of the work is in the manager very unhelpful weight area was horrible just a metal bench that's about all looking out all the tires so so small the rest of the stars getting the makeover what about the tire shop. No I probably wouldn't be going back there for that simple reason

They couldn't get the lug nut removed to work on my tire even though they are the only ones that have worked on my vehicles over the last 4 years. Now I have find another place and pay them to fix that. Also, trying to charge me for rotation, balancing and also the tire repair which the couldn't do because of the lug nut issues. Great people but they are all over the place.

Took 3 hours for an oil change and I had an appointment. Was supposed to get my tires rotated and saw the guy taking the lug nuts off the car the wrong way. Told him not to do the tires. When I got the car they had scratched my rim and strip the nuts. Tried to talk to the manager and he brushed me off. Was not happy with the service.

Oil change was fine. They did not do the service inspection like they said. After leaving had multiple warning lights come on. Not 100% certain if they are related to the oil change or not. Get what you pay for.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I sat there in my car for almost 40 minutes before someone came up to my car and asked me what service I was getting. It only took 20 minutes to complete but had someone made the initiative to provide customer service sooner my rating would be 5 stars.

I was surprised that Walmart now makes appointments for their Auto Center. I went there, checked in with the representative and the car went in as soon as one of the bays was opened. Their system keeps you informed with reminders before, during, and after the appointment.

430 appointment. car dropped off at 415. car taken in bay to work on it at 630. why have folks schedule appointments? lesson learned, take my car to toyota for oil changes, it may be more expensive but they get you in and out . on time, especially if you have an appointment!

3:00 pm appointment. No one in line but me. 3:15 checkin. Started work at 3:30. Took 45 minutes which was the estimate for getting the work done. Register problems and spent another 30 minutes trying to checkout. Work seemed fine but attention to time and issues with registered meant I didn't get out for two hours even with an appointment and no one in line for an oil change.
