Too a long time not enough workers. One manager sat in office and let others struggle to get things accomplished when there was a definite need for her assistance. But y try he guys finally got it together took almost 2 and a half hours to get my oil changed but I appreciate the efforts.

Took my vehicle in on December 20, 2025 with no issues for an oil change. Then drove my vehicle 2.5hrs away. On the way back, the truck begins to light up saying LOW ENGINE OIL PRESSURE. And when checked, there was NO OIL in the truck. My mechanic found the issue in the oil pan gasket.,, all of a sudden.
This simple oil change costed me much more time and money.

30 mins turned into 2 and a half hours. I just needed a plug in a tire. When I got my vehicle back, the rim was covered in grease and filthy, the valve stem was missing, and they only inflated it to 20psi. I should have just done it myself in hindsight and saved the time. Was only 15 bucks for the job though. The job got done, so it's fine. Just wouldn't go here unless I had no other convenient choice.

My wheels had been horrible balanced by Firestone so I brought the car to Walmart. They were expertly balanced there and my Lincoln Continental drives as smoothly as new. It's crazy that Walmart is this good, but it's true.

I had an 8 am appointment and I showed up 15 min early. They only had 2 people there and one of them was working the counter. I had new tires installed about 3 weeks ago and at least one tire was losing air. They did not know why it was losing air, so I did not get the problem fixed.

The service was horrible!! I arrived to my appointment early and still was not serviced until 2 hours later. Only one staff member tried his best to help when I brung it to his attention that I had an appointment and still wasn't being serviced. When he brung it to the boys that was servicing the vehicle they proceeded to say that they didn't care and that they would get to my car next.

The wait time was too long and when I left Walmart and went to my next destination turned the car off it wouldn't start after the battery was replaced. I don't know if there's a problem now with the cables or what, but The car has never not started. This is the first time I've ever replaced the battery. Prior to that I had no problems starting the vehicle.

Had an appointment and the guy that knows my car wasn't to come in until 11am. the other shop guys didn't know how to get the filter cartridge out from the top. When the right guy came in he got it done and showed the rest of them.. but it did take 2 hrs.. But all is well !

my 5 year old battery (not from Walmart) failed to start my vehicle. After a jump start from a neighbor I drove to Walmart. The tech showed me the battery choices, and when selected the installation went quickly and flawlessly. Even after one of the battery hold down brackets was rusted beyond repair and was quickly replaced by the tech.

Although the service was VERY slow (2 hours 45 min for tire rotation and oil change, even though 1st customer of the day) they did the work and paid attention to detail. They checked the air filter though not requested and it was that time to change. Overall, nice people, just s-l-o-w!

My experience was horrible. I went to exchange my battery and since I had wires on the battery it voided my warranty. This is the second time in less than a year that I have had to replace the battery. I will never purchase anything out of automotive again.
