I ordered new tires which were shipped to the store. I scheduled for the tires to be installed and this was done on the day I scheduled it for! Everything went as planned and they rotated my new tires to the proper placement!

They showed tire pressure checked but it was not. They also refused to put in 5w30 instead of 0w20 as called for by Toyota which is all about a tiny bit of increased mileage at the expense of my engine life.

We were promised that we'd be the first ones in for a complete tire change and ended up being the last ones helped! The tech,JJ,was rude and was throwing our brand new tires around as well as kicking the lug nuts which were on the bay floor. Completely unacceptable! Whatever happened to customer service?! Stay far away from this location for any service you may need on your vehicle! They clearly don't care.

Very unprofessional staff. I made an appt and did not get my car pulled into the bay until 45 minutes after my appointment. When my car was completed I had to wait because employee walked off as if he was getting my keys and never returned. I had to ask another employee about my keys and where to go in order to leave. I understand being busy but lack of professionalism is no excuse. Would not recommend this location!

Service was okay but I was told 30-45 minutes when I took my car in and it took over 2 hours so that was a little frustrating since I probably would have come back later if I knew it was going to be over an hour just because of my plans that day. Overall the service was fine and my car was taken care of and that's what matters most.

This time when I purchased tires from Walmart and had them put on the customer service and management experience was phenomenal. They went above and beyond to help me find the lowest rate for me on my tire insulation, took off all the unnecessary things that they typically add on to your installation that I did not need or ask for, in addition to that they issued me a refund for the two tires that I bought two weeks previous where they overcharged me for things I didn't ask for. The estimated installation time was accurate this time as opposed to the last time two weeks ago overall, I was highly impressed and appreciative of this last experience. It definitely helped redeem the experience from two weeks ago. Thank you.
