Customer service was terrible this particular day.. First off I got here at 3:38 stood in line and when it was my time at 3:54 the lady that was suppose to be helping me kept hollering she has to be gone and walked off from the register a guy but came and checked me in at 4:04 I asked the guy how long would it take he gave me 1hr
and 45 mins which was ok for me. My car wasnt pulled back until maybe 6:30 and was finished at
6:57. The guy who checked me in was on his ear buds talking to someone and asking do they want him to bring them food.

It took from 11:51AM-1:37PM to get my tire pressure sensor replaced. The service was slow in my opinion for what I was having done. It seemed a little busy but Im not sure that everyone waiting had a car being worked on. I had my dog with me and they were kind to let me wait in the waiting room with him but there was a couple there the entire time I was there and Im not sure what they were having done to their car. There was one lady who arrived around the time I got there who kept insisting she had a meeting to go to. Everyone working behind the counter seemed unconcerned in some way with repairing customer vehicles.
