Employee at desk check in was polite and friendly. He also appeared know what he was doing pushing him touchscreen because he entered it and flipped pages fast. I had a dealership employee verify I did not have oil leaking underneath or under the hood as it was clean. He said the seal was probably already broken when he checked the dipstick.

Although they were busy they managed to fit me in. They had my mobile full synthetic preference.
The only issue is they gave me an oil change and tire rotation viewable by customer thru the glass, but they forgot to add the tire rotation to my Carfax records.

Went in to get a slow tire leak repaired. Worker said the tread was past it's prime and recommended a new tire. They had a good price, got the tire mounted on the truck within about an hour or so and was on my way. Very courteous and informative people!

They took care of the battery change well and recommended a good battery to use. However, after getting the car, a check engine light came on. I went back and they reset it but the light came on again. I then went to the dealer to fix that.

They did great on oil change but it stated on my receipt page that they checked on my tire pressure and they were all at 35psi and that was a lie, my tire light is on. Secondly, my right passager side break light and signal are both not working so that just tells me that they are just marking off and not actually checking things, I knew this going in and wanted to see if they would actually check them or just mark that they were check.

We went in on a Sunday for rotation & balance on tires we had purchased there. Staff was friendly & knowledgeable. Also, ended up needing a battery which, was readily available and they installed for free! Odometer is NOT 142,762... it Is 124,762 ! Please pay attention & make sure numbers are recorded correctly!!!
