The staff that I came in contact with, were nice. The print out I got said that my car was vacuumed on the floor, but I WAS NOT! Which makes me wonder how honest the oil change was.

Didn't fill windshield wiper fluid pump didn't work should've put it by hand came back and then they put it in my hand. That was the most one of the most important things I came to have done.

It was just an oil change, I wouild have given five stars, however I am glad I checked my hood because it was not properly closed. Additionally, something had to have happened with my alarm because it is giving me a double flash message. I don't know what that means so I will have to look it up.

The first person I come in contact with was a female taking information for my vehicle her personality and attitude was very Stern you could say very unpleasant like she didn't want to be doing the job. After that the registered lady was very pleasant, you could say happy to help us she was very nice.

I had an excellent experience with the technicians. They truly exceeded my expectations. My headlights look brand new, like I just drove the car off the lot... and it's 14 years old.
A big thank you to Luis, Gilbert, Francisco, Angel, Trent, and John for their professionalism and attention to detail.
They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. I'll admit, I was hesitant about taking my vehicle to a retail chain for service, but this experience completely changed my perspective.
