It was good to be able to make an appointment via the Walmart app and track the service. The service was quick and friendly.Not only do they perform the oil change but they perform courtesy services along with it, like tire pressure checks and so forth.

They did not reset the oil change light, they tracked dirt and oil in my vehicle and they left oily hand prints all over the vehicle and did not try to wipe them off. I understand that work of a mechanic is dirty but most make an effort to ensure that they either clean up after themselves or to dirty the vehicle as little as possible.

They changed out a road hazard slashed tire for me that I had bought at Discount Tire 2 years prior (closed on Sunday !) Swapped it for the spare & saved me from getting VERY dirty on a road trip to visit family in College Station. Small fee but WELL WORTH IT until I could get back home to ( New Braunfels ) Discount Tire Store and get that tire replaced w/same brand

I simply went in to get the tires rotated and balanced. After the rotation the front end started shaking, so I took it back to get the tires balanced. The techs said everything was fine, and nothing was wrong. Now I am driving a shaky caR UNTIL I can get to some real tire techs to balance the wheels.

The paperwork they gave me after says they refilled the windshield wiper fluid, added air to my tires to 35psi. None of it was done, even tho I specifically requested it. And they left puddles of oil and grease inside my car on the steering column and steering wheel. The oil change was done but nothing else was.
