The service was great and only took approximately 45 mins. to complete. Contacting the service department was a problem. I called 3 times to schedule the appointment and the call was never answered. I had to physically go into the store in order to schedule the appointment.

This Autocare center is the best around town - I had horrible experiences with Walmart, but this one changed my opinion. The manager keeps his crew very professional and has good experience with technicians. I have been going back multiple times and every time I walk out there, very happy with their service

It seems that the Courtesy services included in the engine oil change service, such as Transmission fluid check, Power steering fluid check, and Differential fluid check, were not inspected. This is because the invoice and service details received after payment show that the above items are marked as 'Non-applicable'.

I had a oil change, they quick and knowledgeable about my car, I only wish they had notified me that my air filter needed to be changed before I picked it up. Otherwise the service was good.

Ive been going here for a while. The service is great except the last couple times I actually didnt have the amount of fluid I was supposed to have in my power steering. I had to go to pep boys to get out topped off. Somebody in there isnt really checking the fluids as theyre supposed to.

I came in to have a new tire mounted on my vehicle I checked in at 7:00 a.m. and did some shopping shopping inside the store. At 9:00 I decided to go check on my vehicle cuz I hadn't heard anything from the mechanic so I asked him if the car was ready and they said oh we haven't started on it yet because they were unable to get their Jack underneath my vehicle they said it was too low I said well why didn't you send me a text or let me know so we can figure this out and he had no response so I suggested I get my Jack out of my trunk and lift the car with it then they could slide their Jack under the car and proceed with replacing the tire. I was kind of shocked that they didn't consider this option before I might suggesting it, but I digress.
I was in a dress but I pulled my Jack out got on my hands and knees jacked the car up myself let them put their Jack under my Jack and they proceeded to do the replace it took an additional 30 minutes but they eventually finished the job I paid and was out of there. Seems to me I shouldn't have got it in some kind of discount for having to do half the work myself but again, I digress.
