Was supposed to patch a tire, was flat again the next morning, so took it back and was charged again for the repair. First time they said they didn't find anything in the tire when we took it back they said they found a nail, even tho I checked it and nothing was in the tire.

I dropped my car off to have tire rotation and balance at my local Wal Mart. They told me upfront that it would be an hour before my car was brought into a bay. No problem, I planned to leave it and pick it up later in the day. Before I was done shopping, they had completed the work. They called to tell me my car was ready. Fast and friendly service. Excellent customer experience!
