they informed me someone had gotten into my car while it was sitting in their lot for an oil change.. they also told me they couldnt do anything about it that i had to call the police.. very unprofessional. ill never bring my car back here.. and neither should you unless you want your property stolen and or car stolen..

I liked everything. I bought my tires and prepaid for them online on the Walmart app. And when I showed up for my appointment, all my tires were there and ready to go. The crew changed out all four of my tires for brand new ones in about 40 minutes. They were fast, efficient and professional. Went back after my 5000 mile drive for a lug nut re-torque, and they were able to get me in right away and I did not have to wait. Anyone who needs tires or batteries or wipers anything automotive related should give this shop a try or your local shop

For one, I had a tire with a hole and with getting 2 new tires, they left the one with the hole on my car. 2nd 4 days later traveling to Torrington, 83 miles, the side wall blew out and I was stranded. When I came to get it replaced they refused. I had to call walmart to be told to take it to the store for replacement. Finally I was told they would email me a shipping label to send tire back and someone would pick it up. No one thought of the fact that it was still on my rim.
