they informed me someone had gotten into my car while it was sitting in their lot for an oil change.. they also told me they couldnt do anything about it that i had to call the police.. very unprofessional. ill never bring my car back here.. and neither should you unless you want your property stolen and or car stolen..

For one, I had a tire with a hole and with getting 2 new tires, they left the one with the hole on my car. 2nd 4 days later traveling to Torrington, 83 miles, the side wall blew out and I was stranded. When I came to get it replaced they refused. I had to call walmart to be told to take it to the store for replacement. Finally I was told they would email me a shipping label to send tire back and someone would pick it up. No one thought of the fact that it was still on my rim.

Walmart auto service never starts at 7am. And the service I received this time was far below what Jo provided. Walk out to the car and check the odometer and look at all the tires.......nope. not anymore.

Windshield was marked as washed, it wasn't. There was a greasy hand print inside of my door and grease marks on my hood. Windshield wiper fluid was marked as filled, it was barely 3/4 full.
