High mileage oil the service guy Anthony did not offer to go in the store and get the oil off the shelf I had to go to Belmont North Carolina they are changing machine was down but he did recommend me to buy the oil and take the oil back up to calibration to have my oil changed

The check in and check out service I received was horrible. Employee was talking on her cell phone at checkin. At checkout I stood at the register waiting approximately 3 minutes before someone came to check me out, while maintenance technicians stood nearby in eyesight view talking about cars in the bay.

It was okay, the technician gave me so information about the tires that left me confused, he said put 35psi in tires but the receipt said 30psi of air was put in the tires, and he seemed rushed so I couldn't ask many questions. The young lady who checked me in was very friendly.
