My appointment was keep cancelling and finally when I reached for my confirmed appointment for tire replacement they did not have the stock so I had to reschedule it again. I get it that human mistake can happen but it would have been greater of they could have informed me before hand. Anyways, though my appointment experience was bad but the employees were nice and polite.

I had my oil changed done yesterday and was very impressed. The service was quick and efficient. The service person explained everything clearly and was very friendly. They also made sure my tire pressure was correct before I left. I will definitely be returning for future services

At first the service was not great. One of the techs allowed someone to go ahead of me and I ended up waiting for 2 hrs after trying for over a month. After reaching out to a supervisor he was able to get a wonderful tech to change both tires that had a nail in them.

They never have enough people to work. It takes hours just for an oil change. But, the guys who do work there are very professional and polite.

I asked for Pennzoil Full Synthetic and was given Went II asked Pennzoil Platinum Full Synthetic which was more costly at $71.94 vs $55.00 if I had received what I asked for,Pennzoil Full Synthetic. When I come to Walmart for an oil change, give me what I ask for not what you think my pockets can stand. Please dont spend the money thats in my pockets.

My experience at Walmart Auto Care Center was great. I was the first in line and was directed to pull up right away. While my care was being serviced I did some shopping. I checked on my car to see how much longer it would be twice. The second time, my car was ready but I wasn't notified. The customer service could be better.
