Went for my normal oil change, all seems good with that so far. The list of things on the paper they give you when they're done says, tire pressure, and if it was done or not, said they checked it but clearly they did not cuz my passenger side tire was still very low and the others were all different and they did not fill my windshield washer fluid even though if says they did . Not happy

Got a tire on clearance for $25.00 which was great but then was charged $175.00 for labor and who knows what. Also took 2 hours for them work on it and they didn't send the normal text telling me my car was done and on top of all that each one of my tires were at a different pressure(psi)

I usually take my vehicles to Walmart for oil changes. This time with my brand new car, oil changed- drove 8 miles after and found there was no oil in the crank case and oil was covering the rear of my vehicle. After getting quarts at a local gas station, I immediately drove back. The service people claim the gasket failed on the frame filter they used. They refilled and replaced the oil filter.

My truck was serviced promptly (I was the only customer) but due to apparent staff shortages the wait to be cashed out was longer than it should have been.
Another customer entered while I was waiting and paced about the service desk for several minutes, and I heard him remark "Isn't anybody working here?"
