Very reasonable prices for tire rotations! Took them 20 minutes to get started on my vehicle after it was checked in!! Was there almost an hour all together. :( Had to return a few days later because one of my tire sensors was not reading the tire after the tire rotation and it took them 20 minutes to move my vehicle from "arrived" to "in service" and another 35 minutes for it to be pulled in and looked at! The sensor fix is probably a 20 minute or less fix and I was there 55 minutes!! Please STOP overbooking and try to be more timely as customers' time is valuable.

I was at Walmart for 2 hours waiting for the oil change to be completed. Not sure if they were short on employees or just bad timing. Usually the wait is at least an hour, but 2 was a bit much. Otherwise, everything else seemed normal.
