Fixed my tire but lost my valve cover and said it wasn't on there when I got there. I wash my car and wipe the chrome wheels every day. I notice when something is missing. Also only filled my tire up to 32psi when it calls for 42 on door. Incompetent people.

The Walmart auto service center was understaffed with only a few employees who have no idea what they are doing. Save yourself some trouble and visit another company for your vehicle. I made an appointment for 12 pm for an oil change. It took 2.5 hours and the tech could not seem to figure out how to remove the oil filter. What a waste of time. Never again.

I'm always treated well when I go to the automotive department at Walmart in Cape and North Fort Myers. Their prices are always fair and their service is excellent. They have a great group of people working at both places. I wish they did more services. I'd take my car in more often. Thank you to the staff at Walmart Automotive Dept. Keep up the great work!

Just didn't leave me with a feeling of confidence with the standard of service. 3 complaints voiced while I was waiting for my service to be completed. Service manager was there to hear and be aware of these customers concerns. He did address the concerns of each of these customers. Orher than no one was available to check me in for my appointment for over 15 minutes, the oil change was performed and no issues were found.

They were supposed to replace the value stems. It was never done. Two tires replaced and all were over inflated by 10psi. 46 psi , manufacturers recommends 36 psi.
I do not recommend them.

My appointment was at 3:30 and my vehicle didn't get into the auto shop until 4pm. I had to start work at 6pm so I was in kind of a hurry and I asked the cashier in auto if he could let the techs know that my appointment was at 3:30 and he told me to tell them myself.

I really had a good pre registration experience. However, I waited 5 days to get the oil change. No problem. My appointment was for 3 pm ., with a 30min guarantee. I left 3.5 hrs. Later. Asked to talk to management, non showed up. I realize help is hard to find today but that's why I made the appointment. Guaranteed??? 30 minutes. I was happy all said and done.

I only gave one star because it does not allow no stars. They refused to do my service this time. I had to take to someone else to fix the problem. Although I am glad I went to someone else, they found the problem was just the old gasket was left on with the newer gasket and that was the issue with the car

Cannot adhere to appointment timelines. Workers argumentative over services offered and clearly stated in black and white. They force adjust their fees to get every dollar out of customers rather than offer the fees/services stated in their app. Just a class action lawsuit waiting to happen.

Excellent service at Walmart especially the guys working hard on my tire installation. They were done in 45 minutes and it couldnt have gone any better l! Totally satisfied with the price, quality and sorted of service. Quick tip: 1) order tires online and secure an install date and time
2) order tires that are pick up as those are in store and will be there w/o issues

price was right, auto taken right in but when service was complete i never received notification so i spent an extra 30 min waiting until i noticed auto was out of bay and there were service invoices on the desk at center, that is when I inquired and yes...it was ready for awhile.
