SET APPOINTMENT FOR 10AM ARRIVED EARLY AT 9:50 DID NOT GET TO MY VEHICLE UNTIL 11:45. AFTER THEY FINALLY FINISHED THEY COULD NOT REPROGRAM MY TPMS SENSORS AND SAID THAT THEIR COMPUTER DID NOT HAVE THE UPDATE TO COMMUNICATE WITH MY VEHICLE. I HAVE A 2015 SILVERADO IT IS 2023 NOW, HOW LONG HAS IT BEEN SINCE THE COMPUTER HAS BEEN UPDATED? I HAVE SINCE BEEN TO 2 OTHER WALMARTS THAT SAID IT WOULD BE HOURS BEFORE THEY COULD GET TO THE 10 MINUTE PROCESS THAT IS LISTED AS A FREE SERVICE. TIRES ARE GREAT AND A GREAT PRICE BUT I WILL BE GETTING MY NEXT SET SOMEWHERE ELSE THE PRICE IS NOT WORTH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE.

I took my vehicle in to get the tires rotated and balanced as they were purchased at this Wal-Mart. Upon arrival, one worker barely was interested and pretty much ignored me until I spoke. Another worker was cordial and asked how he could help.
Unfortunately after having waited 1.5 hours, they said they could not do the work because one of the lug nuts was damaged. Well, it must have been damaged that morning because my tires had not been touched or serviced since the last time they did the rotation and balancing and all was in good standing prior to my taking it to them.
Needless to say, I have a fight on my hands with Walmart.
Do not go to Walmart for vehicle service. Buy your tires, but take them elsewhere. And if you don't like your job with Walmart, don't hurt the customer because of your dissatisfaction!
