Cons; They don't always work very carefully. They check things on the receipt that when you look at them, they didn't check at all.

Service was quickly started at arrival. I mentioned to the service writer that I preferred Castrol Full Synthetic oil, and he did note it on the paperwork. When I picked up the car, I noticed on the receipt that Mobil One oil had been used! Same price and good oil, but still...Girl at service desk was in training, but still did a good job.

I had to replace a tire due to an unrepairable puncture (2nd in a month). The cost of new tire was covered by the road hazard warranty included with Walmart+. I only paid $18 for the installation. The tire, a Pirelli P4, had to be ordered since they don't have them in stock. It arrived the following day and they installed it as soon as I could get to Auto Care center.

I liked the quick service. The only thing they need to do is train their associates to remember that when they change my synthetic oil, they need to put the next oil change is at 5k miles and not 3k. They always put the wrong miles on my next visit sticker on my car.

We took our Subaru Forester for a oil change and we liked that they have a very efficient systems of scheduling, and services. Scheduling online was quick and easy. The full synthetic oil change service was prompt including 27 points curtesy checked on our Subaru and report. They are honest mechanics.

A little confusing for my first time appointment. Got chased out because I parked in the wrong spot. Couldn't find anyone to check me in. I was upsold to a more expensive oil based on my vehicle type even though it was not what I wanted.
When the car was done, it was left with engine RUNNING until I was able to pay, check out, and get my keys. Cars should not be left running when owner is not present.

The only problem I had with this service visit was the five cars ahead of me! The service writer was very clear and honest about how long it would be before my car was going to be serviced, but once they started on my car it was very quickly finished.

Made an appointment to get tires rotated but didnt get to my car till an hour later bc they said they were short on mechanics that day. Whats the point of making an appointment?
Also came back to do a rotation for my wifes car which has a balance and rotation warranty for the life of the tire and they tried to charge me for the rotation! Lame!

I was very disappointed in my last service at the Walmart in Brea. I requested Castrol synthetic service, they put in Mobil 1. Printout showed tire pressure checked & interior vacuumed, none of them actually done. I had to search the shop for someone to give me the keys as lady at the counter was totally untrained. I might go back to Walmart for next service but it won't be in Brea location!
