The guy that actually changed my tires was wonderful very polite.
Except for the girl that took my payment it didn't seem like anybody else at the counter knew what they were doing. The girl who started my ticket included an oil change. I never even mentioned having an oil change.
If I hadn't seen them pull my car into that stall I'm guessing they would have done that too!

The price is reasonable. I just didn't understand how they were out of high mileage oil, asking me what oil my vehicle used (should be generated in their system automatically) and the wait was too long, almost three hours. There was a lot of customers that wasn't happy. I will be there this weekend for installation of tires, hopefully the wait won't be as long. I recommend due to location is convenient.

Took too long, I was told it would take about 45minutes. I had an appointment and was told it would be cancelled if I was 15 minutes late. I got there early and it took 2 & 1/2 hours to change 2 tires.

It took a few hours and the New Technology and Devices that they have upgraded to, were not working well at all, as a matter of fact, I ended up having to pay for a Service that should have been No Charge based on my Membership, otherwise it was a very good experience...

The cashier lady was very nice and I am ESPECIALLY appreciative of the technician. He went ahead and checked all four tires instead of just repairing the one that I knew to be bad. Him going this extra step revealed that my daughter's other back tire was also in need of changing. His diligence made my daughter's vehicle is safer.

I bought a set of tires for the front of my Van last March and I put 15000 miles on those tires and the tread height was measured at a 2 I tried to explain to them. That there was something wrong with the way the tires were made and they didn't understand it. So they gave me a little bit of a discount for 2 new tires. I wish they would understand more about. If a tire says fifty thousand miles, why would they be bald at fifteen thousand miles and less than two years!
