I went in for an High Mileage Oil Change. They closed the auto center without notifying me that my vehicle was ready. I had to wait for over 30 minutes and then I had to walk around the building to get to my car while it was raining. And my car was unlocked!

Excellent service. They took my vehicle right in, replaced the battery, and within 20 minutes I paid the very reasonable invoice and was done. My local Walmart store is the ONLY place I go to get a new car battery when I need one!

They were very disorganized. No one to greet me for 10 minutes. They had me scheduled for Tires rather than a new battery which I made the appointment for. I had to come back 4 hours later to meet a new appointment. Very disappointing.

Technicians do a good job. Staff overall don't really seem to want to be very friendly. Didn't have oil in stock for my diesel truck. They got my tires rotated though

They left the tire light on in my car. They overcharged me. Then they called my husband the next day claiming we didn't pay for the tire. Worse service ever!
