The service in general was good. The desk folks were great as well. We had a bit of a fail on expectations though - I arrived at 7 am and was number 3 in line - for tire rotation only so I waited for it. It was finally completed and I could leave at 9:15 am. That was a little disappointing.

Brandon the Tech at Store #100 was Amazing. I work with this Associate, not only is he a long time friend and we've worked together for years. After he was done he found me in the store to let me know, my car was done, and that he thought I might have a leak that might need to be looked at

Oil change didn't take too long, maybe about 1 hour and 30 minutes. I did have an issue though with the splash cover that goes on the bottom of the car. The technicians did not put on the cover back on correctly and I was about 5 minutes away from the store all I could hear was the splash cover scraping the road. Thankfully I wasn't too far and was able to come back and the technicians did put it back on correctly.

Ran out of the oil that was requested and neglected to tell us. They completed the oil changes with the other brand. Had to go back and sit through two additional oil changes to with the correct oil (x 4) total. Spent half the day at wal mart.

Made appointment, but didnt matter. Car sat in parking lot 1 1/2 hours, even though service bay was empty. No manager on duty. No one cared.

They did not put the mini spare back where it belonged and I had to go back the next day to get them to do it. Worse part was, I had to wait in line to get them to do what they should have done the first time.

Shop didn't mention that there would be an extra charge to rotate the tires to put the new ones on back just that "it needed to be done". Employee cancelled our appointments because it wouldn't let him input the info the way he wanted. Made us wait in line and get extra emails about rescheduling our appointment time. He was kind the whole time, but didn't seem to know what he was doing on the tablet. Work seems to have been done well.

Staff is always friendly and engaging. I was very impressed with how fast the service techs changed my oil, rotated my tires, and put in a new battery. It took them about 35 -40 minutes! Wish I would have known it was only going to take that long so I would have stayed rather than have the shuttle take me to work.

Good overall. Did need to remind them I had lifetime balance so I wouldn't get charged although I showed them the paperwork when I dropped off the car. Also tech called me because he wanted to know if my TPMS was having issues since he couldn't get it to relearn (I wasn't). Eventually he figured it out.

This is the worst Walmart to get an oil change. Was there at 6:55AM waiting outside the locked doors to get in at 7AM. I was the first one inside. I wanted an oil change and tire rotation. By 9:15AM I just told them to give me the car back, they had only done oil change and didnt get to the tires. Meanwhile I saw many people who came after me get their car picked up.

Great value and quick in and out. I love that they don't add on all those fee's for this and that jack up the price you thought you were going to pay. I liked the fact that they encouraged me to come back in 50 miles to retork my lugnuts for my safety.
