It was the longest wait time I had ever experienced. Over two hours to replace a battery only. Customer Service was awful no, information to customers, no initiative on behalf of customer wait time, over looking the customer that were present first to work on vehicle pulling up. I recorded the performance were very unpleasant and unprofessional. I will never go there again for any vehicle service.

The service woman was unfriendly, but I can say for the first time since taking my vehicle to Walmart, for oil change, she was the fastest in getting me in and out.

One of my tires needed air in it and they didn't do that. On the sheet, it said everything is fine. There was also a note on the sheet. Nobody told me anything and I don't know what it means.

They do a good job and check the amount of oil needs my car and check after it is all done ...... the time it akes is pretty long but I know a lot of people go for service

I had to wait over 15 minutes before I was checked in, and other cars were checked in before me even though I was there before they arrived. Also, the technicians would not use the oil I requested that my mechanic recommended to me ten years ago and I have been using for years. They argued with me for another 15 minutes about that and would not sell me the oil I wanted.

Great service. I was expecting to wait a long - long time for an Oil change. To my surprise my vehicle was driven into the bay and it didn't take long for the service. There was only 2 employees working, going from vehicle to vehicle, before 1 employee serviced mine. Checked the oil the next day before starting and it was full, so no leaks.

Had an initial wait of about 15 minutes before a technician got my car registered for service (oil change). The oil change took roughly 45 minutes to complete. Overall customer service was ok, but the system they use to track the service of your vehicle did not work.

The person forgot to screw back the screws on the flap to protect the bottom of my car. It came loose while driving. Went back to get it fixed. One guy tried arguing it was normal wear and tear. They zip tied it back. Ordered parts to fix it. But so far nothing has been set up or scheduled. I have been patient and calm with them for something as rookie and basic as putting a screw back on.
